“Stayed here last week-end 1/24-1/25/25. Initially received a key to the wrong room. Unknown to us, we unpacked, went skiing, and went to the hot tub. Later in the day when staff realized what had happened they were very prompt, courteous and efficient in correcting the problem. I'm sure it was an awkward situation for all but the management staff and other staff made it as smooth as could be. Nice work! Would definitely stay here again. Clean, great shuttle service and well maintained. ”

“For the amount being charged each night, the fact that any housekeeping services were extra was not appreciated. Condition of the unit/building could see some improvement: some of steps in the outside stairwell were loose; bank of lights above the kitchen counter were not functional.”

“Newly updated and very well furnished condo. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops, and city bus to ski areas. Particularly liked closets that weren’t locked up as at other properties. Rapid service was provided when needed on site. Onerous rules and regulations and no-refund policy after booking almost made me cancel, but I closed my eyes and went ahead. ”
