“Location : It is extraordinary difficult to find the entrance especially over the weekend as it is crazy crowded near the entrance. We had to drag our luggages and go through the crowd to enter the main building. In the building it was not easy to find the main door, and we had to go up and down multiple time with a no so safe elevator. Payment: I had to pay the fee at the hotel and wanted to pay in Egyptian pound, but I was told I can only pay in $, or the equal amount in Egyptian pounds but……

“Nice location. But hotel is not easy to find. Wish it had a sign at front entrance. The bathroom is small, the water after showering will not go away.”

“The hostel locates in a very convenient location that we can walk and uber to places easily. The man who works at the front desk (about 60-70yrs old), he is a super kind and lovely man. For his help, we can take uber at 2am without cash require from uber driver. On the day we stay, unfortunately, the bathroom didn't work properly. We didn't have hot water, and the toilet was hard to flush.”

“Good downtown location, just minutes away from Egyptian museum. On the 15th floor of an aging building, with good views. I stayed in an ensuite room - clean, if not much space. Bathroom looked fairly new and was clean. Balcony doors don't close well and provide poor insulation - a lot of noise coming from outside traffic and a lot of cold in winter. They provided a heater thanks to which I got through the night fine. Staff are nice even if not all speak English - Radwa does and is very helpful.……
