“We stayed here for only two nights for my birthday, as we wanted to splurge a bit. This is a gorgeous, very well manicured 5-star resort. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a higher level room for my birthday, so that front desk staff knew how to make an impression. The room was crazy amazing fabulous. Look at their website pics as they are very accurate. Expedia includes two tours when booking, so we got a fabulous night frog tour, and a half-day personalized tour of their wildlife……

“I loved the breakfast, it was supreme among hotels even in the U.S. the only comparable one in the U.S. was at The Residence Inn in St. Louis, MO. The room exceeded my expectations but the loading and unloading zone space was difficult to get to and were basically on a very busy street, which you had to cross to park. Also, each time you needed to access the vehicle you had to get the desk to open the gate from across the street.”

“Excellent service, great staff, nice clean hotel. The breakfast included was very good. Great location, huge park next door. Good exchange rate given at the front desk. “I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.”

“Absolutely perfect! The facilities are first class, clean and well maintained, but it is the helpful and friendly staff who make it so special. The front desk staff were perfect, and the chef at the free breakfast, Minor, showed us around all the wonderful new fruits, and Tifara helped us arrange a late check out to coincide with our shuttle. We will be coming back! BTW the outdoor gardens are beautiful and worth a walk, tidy landscaping ”
