“Functional welcome, no real warmth. Room was very small, but formed of a short corridor where the shower and toilet have been installed. The bed was against the window wall and was not made properly and sheets not tucked in fully on the far side. The mattress felt old and only sufficient. The window did not close properly and let in a draught when cold outside. Conversely, during the day the room was too hot as the window only opens partially. Shower was acceptable, not the strongest, but……

“A really lovely place to stay. Warm and friendly welcome, beautifully presented throughout and very comfortable and clean rooms. I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, food was cooked to perfection. ”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”

“Proper old fashioned family run Blackpool hotel. Arrived a little early but allowed to check-in. Room was spacious and clean with a great sea view. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the service was amazing with nothing too much trouble would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. ”
