“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“It was my birthday & the AWESOME PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WE RECEIVED made our stay PERFECT! The check in clerk, check out clerk were wonderful! AVA (The Breakfast Attendant) was the BEST! She CONSTANTLY made sure all items were replenished as needed! She also KEPT the area VERY CLEAN & COMFORTABLE! My grandson definitely enjoyed the pool. THIS IS OUR NEW PLACE TO RELAX & REFRESH WHENEVER WE ARE IN THE AREA!”

“Did not have reservations for dinner, so we couldn’t be seated for a hour, had to have dinner at the rooftop bar, bartender exceptional, kitchen was slow, an hour to get the meal, on meal didn’t come out for 2 hours, I would normally been upset except we were visiting family and we talked, a lot while we were waiting. ”

“The hotel was clean and well-decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. There was some noise. I was on the third floor, and I could hear the people above me when they walked around. The tub was far from the place where the towels were stored. It needed a shelf next to the tub. Overall, it was a good experience for the price. ”

“The service was great. The room was fine, though the in-unit air conditioning unit was maybe not optimal. Everything, and I mean everything, smelled awful, but I'm pretty sure that was an environmental condition and not something about the facility or room. It was otherwise perfectly fine.”

“It was a very nice hotel in Augusta Georgia. Modestly priced excellent breakfast the only thing was the door it was very hard to push open seem like the carpet resisted it I'm in a wheelchair so that didn't make a difference for me but I would go back it was a nice day”
