“My husband and I stayed here while our son was playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The drive there and back each day was a breeze. Also the view from our room was beautiful. We were here the week of 4th of July and had the BEST fireworks view. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!”
