“酒店職員態度冷漠，只有餐廳職员（早餐）見過笑容。餐廳食物質素未達5星，味道不佳。自助晚餐性價此低。酒店有私人沙灘，美。雖然訂了海景露台房，但4樓露台外有花園，遮蔽了海景。剩下一線海景。更有住客錯認房間，從花園進入我房露台，切記要緊閉露台窗”

“The rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. The views are fantastic, the staff is very friendly and efficient, especially the breakfast crew.”

“We had a great stay at Bova Luxury Rooms, the room was exactly as described on the pictures and description. Everything was super clean and tidy and very comfortable. The location was great for exploring both Lapad and the old town, only 15 minute walk to Lapad and 15 minutes or so on the bus into old town. Sanja, the host, was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was a great surprise! We would definitely stay……

“Beautiful locations and views. Room size great Breakfast however far below standard. No fresh fruit. No fresh juice. Machine coffee. Eggs from powder. No chef making omelettes. For the prices paid this is not acceptable. ”

“Our room was large, clean, and quiet with plenty of shelf and closet space. The bathroom and shower were also good sized. Buffet breakfast included. The location was convenient with restaurants and a large grocery store (Tommy Hipermarket) nearby. Travel to Old Town was an easy bus ~7 min bus ride away.”

“因為疫情目前尚未入住 經過多次協調才轉成延後一年使用 很感激 但是坦白說已一個4星級的住宿來說 因應疫情的彈性可以在人性化彈性一點”

“我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。”

“Wonderful hotel. Warm greetings, amazing view. Got bus to old town right in front of hotel. Free parking. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, jacuzzi and sauna.”

“there's no hot water for showering, the hotel staff didnt inform us when we checked in. The staff said it's because of the storm in that afternoon that damaged their facilities, but we talked to the hotel guests and discovered there's no hot water supplies since the day before ”

“本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。”

“New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English.”
