“Initial staff Jenny not friendly over the phone when I was called to pay hotel right away because we were arriving late. We had called early to inform we would be late and they told us no problem but later got a call demanding payment because we were going to be late checking in. Never had a hotel do this before. Other than that it was really nice. ”

“I like the hotel, clean. Receptionist were very friendly and helpful. My only problem was the WIFI, I couldn’t work because there were pretty much almost no signal. Other than that it was very convenient to what I needed at that moment. ”

“It is right off the freeway and very close to the Glen Ivy Hot Springs, where we spent the entire day on Sunday! The staff was friendly, and there was always coffee and cold water in the lobby. The rooms were affordable and good-sized.”

“Room was super filthy, I’ve stayed here multiple times and room 136 edges of room was CAKED with bugs, dirt, dust and filth all along the walls near the baseboards, it’s like they don’t sweep or mop under furniture or even at all, so many housekeepers but none doing their jobs it seems. I wish I took pictures but I’m sure management will see and go take a look themselves ”

“Nos encanto que coincidía totalmente las fotos con la realidad gracias. Además los hostess son muy amables y dejan todas las amenidades necesarias para pasarla bien, como por ejemplo vajillas, lavavajillas, jabón para la ropa, shampoo, toallas, etc. es como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. las camas están muy cómodas y las amenidades como el billar es algo maravilloso. pasamos un tiempos muy buenos”
