“Initial staff Jenny not friendly over the phone when I was called to pay hotel right away because we were arriving late. We had called early to inform we would be late and they told us no problem but later got a call demanding payment because we were going to be late checking in. Never had a hotel do this before. “Room was super filthy, I’ve stayed here multiple times and room 136 edges of room was CAKED with bugs, dirt, dust and filth all along the walls near the baseboards, it’s like they don’t sweep or mop under furniture or even at all, so many housekeepers but none doing their jobs it seems. I wish I took pictures but I’m sure management will see and go take a look themselves ”
