“Absolutely beautiful location, overlooking the San Marco square and Basilica Marco Close to many eateries, wine bars and water taxis. The apartment was fabulous. Had a private sauna , jacuzzi bath and two separate bedrooms, kitchen area and breakfast served in your apartment. Impeccably clean with lovely toiletries, fluffy towels. “The rooms are clean, luxurious and the penthouse plunge pool was a welcome retreat. We had a room on the first floor initially but requested to be moved since the path to the penthouse pool required walking through the hotel bar. Irena at the evening reception was wonderful in facilitating the move to the 5th floor. The 1st floor room was quite dark while the 5th floor suite was much brighter with higher ceilings. I recommend booking a suite to get the higher floors on the better wing of the……

“Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone……

“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. ”
