“We were a party of 5 so this cottage was exactly the right size for us. The cottage is light and airy, the living area upstairs is especially nice with a lovely view and enough comfy seating for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds were all very comfy. My teenage daughter loved the high bed in the single bedroom. It's quite a walk into town but we didn't mind...buses are frequent. The garden, although nice to have, felt a little bit neglected. “Very comfortable B&B apartment with sweet Christmas decoration. Have washing machine and drying machine, good for long time journey. Beds are comfortable. 5 mins walk to big supermarket. Within 10 mins walk to Roman Bath and City Centre. Carpark lot provided free of charge, just around the corner. Apartment locates on the second floor, have to climb up some stairs, but it's ok. May have a bit noise when cars drive in the front road in the morning. Grab up the keys from another location which is……

“We arrived to find the property to find sheets and bedding lying on the floor dirty. Bed mattress cover full of hairs. The place was untidy and needed a good clean. Bathroom was dirty with wet mat thrown crumpled on the floor, the kitchen was greasy and smelled. We could not park in the space provided as another car was there. The contact numbers of the property given by Expedia did not work. We want our money back now! Had to find another place to stay on arrival as was not prepared to……
