“Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.”

“Very friendly, helpful staff from reception to bar to restaurant. Lovely comfortable room with great character features dating back to the 1500s when the hotel was built as a wool merchant's home. All that you require in a room was provided. Ample free carparking and outside seating area and great access to the town centre for exploring the 2000+ years of history on your doorstep. If you struggle with stairs, ask dor a ground floor room as the original builders didn't install a lift. Any attempt……

“Nice village hotel and our check in and room were good on the face of it. Other than the guy who checked us in, staff was generally rude. We had booked for breakfast at 08:00 on the first morning, and having travelled the previous day from Asia ended up waking earlier and found ourselves waiting in the breakfast room around 7:10, hoping to be able to request breakfast at 7:30 when it opened. We were greeted by a man in a hurry, brusquely telling us over his shoulder whilst rushing around doing……
