“Staff was polite and attentive. However I booked a King room and received a double. Hotel was nearly at capacity and didn’t have any Kings available. I spoke with the front desk and they claimed Expedia sent the wrong booking. When checking with Expedia they claimed it was the hotel. The front desk person said she would check with management and someone would get back with me. No one did. Secondly in the entry to the hotel they have an aerosol room spray on a timer. “The site is in the middle school of renovations but that is mentioned at check in. The room was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. I thought we were supposed to have an accessible room but bathroom only had one grab bar near tub. Very low wobbly toilet with no grab bars. A small table near the sofa would’ve been nice. Breakfast food was cold. ”

“Clean, recently remodeled bathroom! Fancy soap and shampoo! Clean towels and bed linen! Excellent pillows! Well-insulated rooms. Vintage elevators. Indoor Pool looked nice but felt a bit dirty once in the water. Breakfast, nice selection of breakfast foods including pancakes, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausages. Recommend this hotel if you’d like a comfortable place to sleep with security guards on the exterior. Check in process is very modern…most everything done through phone.……
