The hotel is not in the center and you have to consider at least 30/35 minutes of commute to all major attractions, however there is a metro stop very close to the hotel so the distance from the centre is not an issue. Staff is nice and helpful and rooms are clean. The only thing to notice is that the rooms are very small and that the hotel is more a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars one in terms of facility. ”

“We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable.……
