“地點很好，我住的房間一開窗戶就是奧古斯塔街 （Arco da Rua Augusta）下午接近傍晚的時候都有一些表演，你可能開窗的時候就可以看得到，感覺蠻愜意，晚餐在地下1樓個人覺得還算還可以。不過單人旅遊晚上的時候要多注意一點，我在那邊附近晚上都遇到有人上來講一些話或搭訕，我是沒理他們就快步走開。”

“Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”

“A decent hotel situated in the heart of the city. Metro and train stations are within 5 minutes walk, supermarket just steps away and lots of great restaurants nearby. The room was spotless though not really spacious. It’s well equip and the bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and never failed to show their smiles. ”

“We were staying in room 106 which was a few stairs below the actual 1/F, that means you might need to carry your luggage going down the stairs. Luckily the staff was helpful who would help you. The first day we checked in, finding that there was no kettle I. The room and reception told us that the kettle would be ready in day 2 which was quite random!”

“My mobile phone kept charging in the room. After Checkout, I found that I had gone back to the hotel immediately, although there were no other guests in the room. But the phone was gone. They thought that I would not be back at the airport. Although I accidentally stayed in the room, the question was who would enter the room. They did not show me the CCTV. They did not help to find it. No response, the staff attitude is very bad, extremely irresponsible, just keep saying they don't see, their……
