克莱斯米娜海滩附近酒店

“給我印象很差。我本人是自駕遊的原因，租這酒店是為了可以泊車。但這酒店無街道號碼已經是僻靜的山頭，令我很困難才找到。我本來是連住四晚的，第一晚前台給了一間不是我預訂的房間，他說因酒店Fullbook，還騙我給我的房間很大，但當我入到房嚇了我一跳，房間是沒窗也很黑，而且房間非常舊也有很大的難聞味道！ 已經立即要求換房，但他說無論如何也要住這晚。第二晚換過了房間，因這酒店在山頭又僻靜，晚上街燈也沒有，所以有點不安全的感覺，我們就開著燈睡。嚇破膽的事情來了，在凌晨四時有一對男女用鎖匙開了我房門，我嚇得大叫起來，可能我的大叫讓這人卻步，我丈號夫問他們為何有我們的房匙？他們就走了。我們一直不敢睡直天光才敢出房門，到前台投訴，他們偽稱不知道，只知道鎖匙只有我和他酒店有，我們要求報警前台立即態度轉差......所以我有理由相信這間是黑店，因為很多不合理的事情，就算是弄錯也沒可能把我房後備鎖匙給別人，而且還是凌晨四時的熟睡時間？ 建議不要入住。”

“The check in instructions were not clear. No additional information provided such as a local number. No way to contact anyone. I was locked out. I will never rent from them again. Why they don't just offer a phone number to contact is beyond me.”

“The staff was very attentive, we actually arrived in their One Year Anniversary Celebration. There was a selection of starter and sangria on the patio. We walked to the markets shops and open air dining. East walk to the train station for a 49 minute ride into Lisbon. ”

“Great breakfast we had just left Hilton Porto Hilton can learn how to serve a continental breakfast from Vila Vitorino! Parking was great a smaller space but large compared to some of the other property in Sintra.”

“Amazing staff and always up to help with a smile on their faces! The only thing that bothered us was the noice coming form some other business the first night, a Saturday night and it was hard to sleep but they even communicated that they would talk to them when we mentioned it. They kept the room super clean, they accommodated us and our baby by letting us move a few things around and fixed an issue with the bathroom door quickly. The breakfast was wonderful and it was one of our favorite……

“Staff very nice, the sea view and the breakfast are all fantastic”

“The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. ”
