“飯店的位置很好，又有一個大的地下停車場，這在Evora老城區是非常難得的。飯店是5星等級，但房間和reception的服務卻不怎麼樣，尤其是reception的櫃臺人員，請教他走道上的咖啡機怎麼使用，他站在reception，邊回答身體晃來晃去，一直説房間也有咖啡機！撇開這個，餐廳的服務和餐點品質是受肯定的，Deaust’AR是米其林推薦餐廳，是的，它所有的一切值得這樣的推崇。”

“Very nice hotel and all stuff are very kind, lovely~ the location of hotel is easy to find out (from bus terminal to hotel around 20mins by foot)and easy to go each attractions. ”

“What an amazing place. The room was wonderful, spacious, well-appointed. The service was friendly with lots of nice touches such as a delicious continental breakfast which is delivered to the room after you pick what is in it. Our room had an absolutely lovely patio as well. Very centrally located, right behind the cathedral in the Moorish neighborhood. Highly recommended. ”

“Very cosy and spacious country manor turned into a hotel. Wonderful common areas to sit around and watch TV or read a book. The cook provided breakfast and the manager on site was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property’s history.”

“Negatives: there was room for only one suitcase. Not two. Had to put them on the floor. And no place to put clothing. There was no fridge. Bedside table was teeny… about size of an 8.5x11 inch piece of paper. Room for hotel phone and if I was careful my water bottle. Positives: It’s new and exceptionally clean and very good value. The included breakfast was very adequate and offered a fair variety . ”
