“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“I was on a Army Veterans Reunion for the weekend & I was able to park in the pub carpark next to the hotel for £7.50 per day, payment at the pub bar, due to the hotel parking is at a minimum, but it was no great problem. Bar was good as were the staff, and we also had 2 singers on the last night of our stay, sadly there was only around 12 of us watching as most guests had left, but the singers were great. “Such a lovely hotel very clean and modern, rooms were lovely too, we had 3 rooms all very new and fresh two with sea view which was great. Bathrooms lovely too all modern with showers. Staff were lovely and friendly the entertainment was great so we’re the entertainment staff. Music and bingo was great, drinks were flowing nicely. Only downfall was the lifts are tiny we had a wheelchair had to take the peddles of to get it in it just about fitted. We will definitely be staying there again ”

“Beautiful place, the family room was perfect. Loads of little touches that the kids loved. Slept really well not a scrap if light through the curtains, all still fast asleep at 9am. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking not great as only 6 spaces and really tight but managed to park free on the next side street. Owner/host really friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.”

"Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. "
