“The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend.”

“Excellent stay here. Heather was so sweet at the check in. Rooms were absolutely spotless and well stocked. Location is perfect for visiting the Valley, particularly 4th of July. Plenty of motorcycles(quiet ones) if you're an enthusiast.”

“This property was very nice. Well kept, clean and modern. We loved the huge communal space with kitchen and hot tub and the creek right next to the building. Highly recommend the dogwood!!”
