“A very nice stay in the Wee Sip whisky barrel. Our fist time staying in a Wee whiskey barrel! Everything was good, the barrel was very clean, the view was awesome. Nice, neat well kept property. My only suggestion would be a memory foam for the bed, it was very hard, maybe because we are seniors! ”

“Stayed one night as a stop over on part of our trip. Good stay. Comfy bed and clean room although a bit dated and tired. A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful but managed to stretch hairdryer into bathroom to use mirror in there. Very nice breakfast and friendly woman on front of house and serving. ”

“Pro: A beautiful historic building with a grand stair entrance and sky lights. Some rooms even have bed canopies. Comfortable bed, warm water and heating that you can adjust not much to complain about. Loved the contactless check in. Private showers, linen and towels included as well as free parking. Access to a shared full kitchen. Con: The building is beautiful but old and in need of some upkeep. It is a bit disheartening to see that some of the fixes had a strong DIY feel. ”
