“This location is convenient to the subway as well as a large grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet. The accommodations were better than the description and we enjoyed our entire stay. Thank you!”

“We chose Richard's place both for the location and number of bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our large group with two bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are two hang out areas inside which are open to one another but far enough apart to hold seperate conversations. It is minutes from the San Mateo Bridge leading west and freeways leading east. We were just over half an hour away from South San Francisco, Half Moon Bay and the Tri-Valley, all of which were destinations……

“This was a perfect place for my family to stay during my daughter's graduation from UC Berkeley. Restaurants were close and not as crowded as they were closer to campus. We got uber eats sandwiches after her grad and had the best time in the cute, sunny backyard. ”
