“I’ve stayed at a few properties on Virginia Beach over the years and none I’d go back to. However, The Capes is on my list of hotels I’d rebook. The rooms were clean; the property was clean. The indoor pool was warm and seemed pretty clean. They offer an on-site restaurant. I did not try this time around so I can’t speak to the food there. They also offer ample parking that is easily accessible. I guess if I were to offer one thing I’d like to see, it’d be a soap rack in the shower or towel rack……

“Where do I start, this hotel has everything you need, it has parking, pool, jacuzzi, a beautiful ocean view and it has so many restaurants close by. I highly recommend this hotel. The view was beautiful and the best part was I seen dolphins from my window, it was the coolest thing to see. The staff were amazing. I am definitely staying at this hotel again. ”

“I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. ”

“It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating, plus the walking distances to the beach front was no more than 2 blocks and less than five minutes away. Also great location of walking distances to shops, eateries and sightseeing. ”

“Excellent customer check-in. People seem to genuinely enjoy working here - and for a holiday weekend that's saying something! Parking was easy. Even though our room wasn't ready when we arrived (early - like 12 noon - I get it), the front office lady checked us in, welcomed us, gave us our parking pass, explained that we could access all the amenities (exercise room, pool, etc.). I like that the pool has designated adult swim times (2 hours in morning; 2 hours in evening), so it's not overrun……

“Been here four times. Always a good experience. I get a single bed ocean front with kitchen and balcony. Pool is small and can get busy and there are families. The beach is steps away and is huge. Always great views, quiet and safe are of VB. Definitely recommend and will stay here again. ”

“For the price def worth it its not glamorous but is rennovated a short walk from the beach and onsite pool our check in wasnt until 4 and they made us a pay a small fee but we were able to enjoy the entire day def recommend it ”
