“Das Hotel liegt tief im Inneren des Basars und ist nicht leicht zu finden, jedoch wird man abgeholt und gebracht. Im Hotel gibt es wenige Zimmer um einen Innenhof. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten, es gibt eine Klimaanlage jedoch nicht überall Glasfenster. Auch gibt es nicht einen Fernseher in jedem Zimmer und wenn es ihn gibt, dann gibt es kein Programm.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ”

“Riad Les Hirondelles is a wonderful Riad with a great location and a cozy, homelike atmosphere. The room was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was always very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. Only two things come in mind as improvement points: 1) The room door could not be locked and the safe in the room didn't work, so we had no place to store our valuables and just had to trust that the other guests won't enter our room. Nothing went missing, luckily. 2)……

“The property located in Medina. It's special. I had choosen it for more authentic travel. Stuff is very attentive. Speak good English. It's possible to find by Google map, but better to call Riad, and make an arrangement. It's good idea to have a lot of change. Like small bills to pay kids to help you find the hotel. They will be happy. Breakfast is reasonable. Freshly made. ”

“It it impossible to tell how wonderful this Riad is from the outside, as it is a nondescript door down an alley in the Marrakech Medina. The inside is like a very quant resort. The staff is wonderful, very attentive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Had a wonderful 5 night stay. Isobel, the owner welcomed us and gave us a full rundown on everything we needed to know including, most importantly, how to get through the souks to Jamaa el Fnaa, the main square and focal point of the old city. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The riad, located in a small alley, is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and beautifully decorated and the rooftop terrace with loungers and a pool is a delightful spot for breakfast and relaxing. Tip: ask the Riad……
