“The property is impressive, high tech features, lovely decor. It gave me the right vibe for a relaxing stay. I traveled with a friend, she took the queen bed and I slept on a pull out sofa. The sofa bed is better for a child but I found it surprisingly comfortable. The apartment is very dog friendly, the owner had dog treats available and a set up for a feeding station. You cannot cook big meals but I didn’t go to the beach to cook. The kitchen area is supplied for a light breakfast or……

“Such great attention to detail!! One of our best VRBO stays that had items as described and unexpected little things. We will be back!! Host is awesome with quick responses and face to face interactions at times when seeing her. Quiet neighborhood and as for us beach front isn’t a must but the quiet peaceful time is!!”

“Vacation way form home ”

“Property was very clean and just as described in listing. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils for preparing meals. The only issue we had at all was finding several nails in the parking area and yard from what appears to be some recent renovations. ”

“So pleased with our choice of housing in Paradise 1 in KDH. Very spacious for the two of us, well laid out and clean beyond measure. Kitchen had everything needed and all linens were provided. Minutes to the beach and located in the center of everything, Will certainly chose one of these properties for the future. ”

“My friends and I visited the area for Kitesurfing. The Green Room is a short driving distance to most of the best kite spots and very close to Food Lion. We made good use of the kitchen, which was well stocked with basic ingredients and good equipment. Communication with Kevin was great and he even made a business meeting after check out time possible by letting my friend use his office space. We would definitely stay again!”

“Captain's Quarters was a great little place for two to stay. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as the short distance to many other things, I.e. grocery, restaurants, Hwy 158. It's located almost halfway between the Corolla lighthouse and Hatteras lighthouse as well as being very close to Jockey's Ridge and Wright Bros. Memorial.The owners supplied many amenities like shampoo, body wash and creme rinse. Very thoughtful of them.We loved the covered deck!We'd love to go back!”
