“Condo was fine, but definitely dated. The location was great. I was surprised there was no laundry detergent and only a tiny bar of hotel style soap in each bathroom. Definitely not enough for a 5 night stay.”

“We stayed for a quick 2-night getaway in Duck and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, welcoming place. The home was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable for all of us—including my 90-year-old mother-in-law, who absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and ocean views. The location was ideal—quiet, close to the beach, and just a short drive to shops and restaurants. The porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening chats while listening to the waves. “Visited Kill Devil Hills during Memorial Day weekend and had a relaxing stay at Sweet & Salty. Condo was well furnished, and more than adequate for our group of 4. There was a minor issue with the elevator not being able to call from the 2nd or 3rd floor but our host was very communicative and explained a work around. Thanks for a great trip!”

“Everything about our stay was great! The host communicated well and check-in was a breeze. The unit was beautiful and spacious and the location fantastic! It does sleep 6 but the couches are not sofa beds so there is no linen for the 5th and 6th person but we made do and there is plenty of space!”
