“Where do I even start? My kids and i were displaced from our home, and we are having troubles finding somewhere else to go. So that means for about a month now we have been staying at the Fairfield, OH TownePlace Suites. They have all gone above and beyond for us. Every single person I have been in contact with has been so pleasant to work with. Even the cleaning crew and maintenance that I have come in contact with. This is one of the hardest times in my 42 years of life, and they have made it……

“We had an electrical issue at our home. They almost caused the fire, so we were looking for a place to stay on the fly until the electrician could come out. The whole booking process and check-in process took a total of 30 minutes. And we were in our hotel, safe and sound. We were also able to bring the dog so he was safe too. A big plus side peak, was it was right across the street from my work so it took me a whole two minutes to get to work in the morning.”

“Requested and paid for handicapped room. When we arrived it was not available. Manager gave us an adjoining room at no extra charge as we needed 2 beds. He went out of his way to keep us happy.”
