“Check in was easy, getting extra linens was equally easy”

“We came up to Dayton for a family reunion and we normally stay at hotel. We decided to try a house this year and we are so glad we found this place. It was perfect for our family. The house was so pretty and beautifully decorated inside. It was very clean and they had everything we possibly could have needed and more. Our family drinks a lot of water and I was thinking we were going to have to go out a buy bottle water but they had a 5 gallon water that was available and some cold bottled water.……

“Staff was very friendly and greeted me upon arrival. He even directed me to my room. The bed was made and the linens were clean. The floor was in need of a Swiffer. The television had no channels in working order so I watched you tube clips. The fridge, stove and counter were all clean. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom door had not been closed for a while and maybe had swollen a bit from steam over the years so it was not able to be shut past the halfway point. I left and returned from the……

“What a wonderful stay! We were in town to celebrate Family Weekend with our freshman son at the University Of Dayton. We did not want to stay in a hotel and by the time I was booking in May, so much of the short term rentals were already picked over. This checked so many boxes…within 15-ish min to campus, at least 2 bed/2bath and greeeat reviews! The home was spotless, inviting, spacious comfortable. “The place was really cute and had a relaxing atmosphere. Location is great for walking around downtown. The only thing not to my liking is that the cushions in the sofa and chair were too soft. I like something firmer. But we enjoyed our stay. ”

“We reserved a 1 bedroom suite through Expedia. When we checked in and went up to our room, we had a king studio suite. We went back down and explained what we were expecting due to sharing with our daughter and wanting some privacy. The AMAZING staff understood the situation and checked to see if they had what we had reserved available as it was a rodeo, ren faire and homecoming weekend. Luckily they did and they quickly switched it with no extra cost to us as we had used my credit card rewards……
