“We reserved a 1 bedroom suite through Expedia. When we checked in and went up to our room, we had a king studio suite. We went back down and explained what we were expecting due to sharing with our daughter and wanting some privacy. The AMAZING staff understood the situation and checked to see if they had what we had reserved available as it was a rodeo, ren faire and homecoming weekend. Luckily they did and they quickly switched it with no extra cost to us as we had used my credit card rewards……
