“This place is amazing! It’s new, clean and just lovely. Right across from Rock Chalk Park with plenty of walking opportunities. And the price can’t be beat. This will be our new Lawrence hotel! ”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……
