“The front desk supervisor was amazing! She was caring and very friendly, i think her name was Karen or Kathy. She was working the front desk the late afternoon of 4/23 and again around 11 am on the 24th when we checked out. I saw her exhibit great compassion when the guest in front of me was chdcking in and began crying due to a family illness at Barnes Hospital. This wonderful lady, i wish i was sure of her name, came around the desk, hugged the her and spoke gently and compassionately to……

“This is not an obvious property but it is a very viable alternative. It is quiet, safe, easy to park, close to Forest Park and many of the other main areas of interest in St. Louis. For the sake of transparency it is an older property and it shows in the furniture, decore and rugs. It could be a bit cheaper considering it is an old property but it does have a convenience factor. The immediate area around the property is not beautiful but it is a very practical place to stay. ”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
