“Excellent hotel to stay! Highly furnished apartment which located in the heart of the town. Easy access to the metro, and just next to a lively shopping streets which full of local shops and souvenir stores. Very professional and helpful staffs which provided high standard services. We enjoyed our stay here very much and regretted that we only booked here for 1 night. Definitely a highly recommend hotel!”

“I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with my colleague. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The location is so convenient that main shopping area and restaurants are in walking distance. It is also fantastic that the beds are super comfortable! Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Istanbul for sure. The great designed hotel is new furbished and clean. “The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the……

Breakfast is provided, and the hotel is within walking distance (8-10 min) from the Metro station. Additionally, there is a lift, so you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. However, the roads in Taksim are generally rough and bumpy, and the curtains could be improved to better block the light from the street lamps."
