“I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. “Very good . Breakfast hours and options need improvement. Slow coffee line for one cup at a time and prepackaged items. Does not justify the resort fee. Hours need to be earlier as hikers need to get to trailheads very early. One day no one was there until 8:10. Need more info on parking overflow as parking fills up. Rest of stay was great, location is good and rooms have been updated. ”

“Fantastic property, located within walking distance of downtown Sedona and Tlaquepaque. Much larger space than anticipated! The large 1 bdrm + adjoining studio for our 23 y/o was perfect for our family of 3. The jacuzzi bathtub was very relaxing after a long day of hiking. Loved eating lunch on the balcony with Snoopy Rock in full view. Well appointed kitchen, and spacious dining area. Wish we stayed longer to take advantage of it all. ”
