“Place was spacious, clean and comfortable for my kids and I. Only issue was getting the correct codes for the building gate as it wasn’t noted in the email. Luckily someone was coming out and told us the code (they had the same issue). Overall, I would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed for 4 days and the place was perfect the pool was absolutely amazing the room is super clean and well put together. The Host was very nice and accommodating with great communication. Overall very great service was very pleased with our stay. ”

Inside unit is top notch… anything we had need of was right there, from coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet tissue, pods u name it. Like previous reviews, the bed is quite comfortable. I really enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub as well. The host was easy to get a hold of and dealt with issues timely. ”

“Upstay partnered with VRBO took no responsibility for me and my granddaughter being locked out 3 x, not having face towels, the TV remote not working, unclean room conditions, a broken door handle, and poor and untimely customer service. They refused to refund me and I ended up having to find more suitable accommodations mid-vacation. AVOID properties managed by UpStay, they're simple a horrible host. ”

“Other than a misunderstanding with the parking situation, we had a great stay at this rental. It is walking distance to Lake Eola and many restaurants and cafes. Despite being in the heart of downtown, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.”
