“It is definitely a nicely designed hotel, provides early access pass to the Universal parks and free shuttles. Otherwise, don't expect anything else, not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room, no free breakfast buffet, and the one that was paid was very tasteless. For less than $280/night there are other hotels with bigger rooms, many bedrooms per room, breakfast buffet and other freebies. We only booked here a night to get early pass to Epic.”

“Always fabulous at the Orlando Hilton. Haven't been there in about 7+ years, but it has not missed a beat or showed much age at all, super clean, super upscale, awesome pool areas, many new restaurants/bars/amenities. Love it!”

“We chose this property over a hotel room for location and the fact that it had a small kitchen. We wanted to save money by preparing our own breakfast before we headed out to the parks. The stove would not heat well and it took an hour to cook 4 pieces of bacon. When we messaged the owner we did not get a response. The carpet in the room is extremely dirty. It turned out kids socks black immediately. The unit is private so you are not able to get towels if you need more than the 4 provided. We……

“Booked through expedia, owner agreed to a reservation change after many requests, only to have lied and they actually cancelled the reservation, telling me I was all set to arrive, but then when we got there they said we had no place to stay.”
