Exactly as advertised, simple communication, neighborhood felt safe and a lovely modern home with perfect areas to gather together but also enough room to spread out too. “first I was arriving earley and check -in time is 5PM. I think that is very late. I was charged an extra 100 for early check in. I feel it should only have been between 50-60. The house is beautiful but the pool was not usable. There were MANY frogs in the pool. There was no skimmer available to scoop them out. Some of the frogs were dead and sunk to the bottom of the pool. If the screen doors on the Lanai get fixed so there is no gap on the bottom of the doors, I think that will stop the frog……

“Held a party of 20 people, host was gracious with parking and flexibility. Gave very clear and reasonable guidance on the rules for the party.Information in the listing slightly conflicting for guidance provided in messages after booking, but again host recognized discrepancies and accommodated.”
