“I stay here quite often, usually a high rating, but seems much has slipped a notch or 2. One of the elevators was not working, checkin took more time than usual, overall condition and feel was not 5 star as always before, and in my reservation I specifically requested a room away from elevators and ice machine, but assigned room was right by elevator and ice machine. Will stay here again, but a bit disappointed. ”

“This is the first time I have stayed in a Tru. Rooms seem much quieter than other brand name hotels. Bed were comfortable. Breakfast was decent.”

“Had bar and common area for gathering up front. Clean. Friendly staff. Accommodating.”

“Wish the pool was outdoor . Thursday night the next door people had dogs that kept barking , and barking in the morning . I didn’t have to complain cause someone else did and it was handled . I checked in at 3 pm Thursday and the young man was super helpful , the lady who worked that shift the next day was the best !!!!!!! College student and just a wonderful person ❤️❤️❤️ those two should get a raise or a hotel of their own to run … ”

“Roadway into the hotel was torn up and big potholes. Hotel signage was poor off the street. Limited lighting for parking. I did not get the advertised price per night on stay. ”

“The pool and hot tub were not available it was a nice place to stay. We will recommend it definitely.”
