“Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist modern, aber die Gebäude sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen war leider sehr auf das überwiegend englische Publikum ausgerichtet. Gerne hätte ich die kroatische Küche probiert. Der Speisebereich ist aufgrund der Lautstärke leider ungemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.und schnell. ”

“Fantastic stay at Nije Presa Apartments! Perfect location in the Old Town, only a 2 min walk to Pile Gate and just a couple flights of stairs to climb once in the building. The apartment itself was very thoughtfully designed and well equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine. Very clean, comfortable bed, and awesome rainfall shower. Ines was incredibly helpful before our stay with communicating and even was updating us on when the Dubrovnik airport was allowing……

“第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。”

“ORA Luxury Rooms was great and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik, especially for travelers taking bus from the main station! The hotel manager Luka was very kind and helpful. He helped us with luggages, suggestions on restaurants, etc, and he even gave us a souvenir, and that was very sweet. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The location was also great as we needed to take a bus from the main bus station right across the street. Thank you, Luka!”

“Nice view from terrace. Perfect service. Hotel manager is very nice and responsive. Location wise it is 15 mins walk to the old town. We had the family room with private terrace looking at the sea. It is very beautiful. There are stairs to walk but hotel staff are helpful with luggage.”
