“The Smugglers Inn was delightful. The staff were all extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Food was excellent, we had dinner there which was really good (advise booking it was full when we were there), and breakfast was great. Delicious choice of different fresh croissants, and fruit and cereal options. Full menu with lots to choose from for cooked breakfast, we had the full english which was scrummy and filling. “It is challenging to find a perfect hotel in smaller towns in Europe. But everything about The Boutique hotel surpassed our expectations. The room, location and access were of course great. But what made the stay so good was the personalised attention we received from the owners. On the day of our check-in, we were informed on the phone that as it was election day we had to get there by 6pm to let the staff go out to vote. But even though we were a bit late due to traffic, they were gracious……
