“I had a wonderful stay! I felt SAFE and taken care of! I also come with 2 service dogs which is not an issue! ALWAYS someone to open my door! I did have a concern and it was addressed and eliminated immediately by their front desk employees and onsite Manager, Maria. She is professional and very knowledgable of the hospitality Industry and applies it to every guest like extending my checkout time! I felt like I was home! Room service was fast, delicious, and the food was excellent!……

“This hotel bed have ‘bad bug’ . My legs and whole body right now all little red rash. And very inch. I don’t know how the get so many good reviews. Don’t trust this hotel . The old lady at front desk try to charge me $20 for parking per day . The machine shows only $6 if you pay parking by self .after I show her my book includes parking . She stop talking . ”

“Clean, comfortable room. Staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful, proactive and attentive. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the coffee, waffles and biscuits especially. The pool was nice and clean, although the towels were small. I woukd suggest that you bring your own toiletries, as they supply veey tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and no lotion. All in all a good value and very convenient. ”
