“hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly & helpful, Was quite blustery when we stayed as room looking out to the beach & the wind was very cold blowing thru the double glazing window as seals had gone. Luckily I managed to wrap a small towel with my own small hanger over the gap to lessen the cold air blowing thru at nite which made the room very chilly.”

This has actually been the best hotel experience we’ve experienced since coming to the UK two weeks ago - from the friendly male Indian staff member to the luxurious building/interiors/design to the massive room with lofted ceilings and nice amenities - with details like having our bags sent up to the room and cucumber water in fine glasses at the front - I was thoroughly impressed.……

“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”
