“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room,even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”

“The employees were all great. Helpful and friendly. My only issue is with the accessibility. The handicap elevator that goes to street level, lobby level and dining room was constantly breaking down The door wouldn't open, but there was usually someone with me to get help. Today, however, I got stuck on the lift and no one answered the emergency phone or responded to the alarm. There's also an issue with accessing the complimentary breakfast. There are stairs leading down from the bar……

“The location was great friendly and helpful staff nice comfy room.....i hate saying a negative but the air condition was really old and wouldnt turn off so i had to unplug it and the shower button was loose in wall so was scared to pull it all the way up and i was next to the ice and vending machine that people were using all throughout the night so lack of sleep saying that i would stay again but in a different room”
