“The location was great friendly and helpful staff nice comfy room.....i hate saying a negative but the air condition was really old and wouldnt turn off so i had to unplug it and the shower button was loose in wall so was scared to pull it all the way up and i was next to the ice and vending machine that people were using all throughout the night so lack of sleep saying that i would stay again but in a different room”

“The breakfast here was the best I've had in hotels I've stayed in. We enjoyed the variety each day and tons of options for everyone. Good coffee too! The staff was nothing but helpful from helping is unload on that busy street, to giving us recommendations for places to eat. Will be staying here again! ”

“My train was delayed by 9 hours so instead of arriving at 430 pm it was 130 am. The gentleman stayed just for my arrival of which I was so grateful as a solo female traveler. He was welcoming and kind for this weary traveler and even said "have to keep the kids safe" when I thanked him. Very kind. Rooms clean. Bathrooms clean. A great place to stay!”

“Very new spacious condo that sleeps a lot of people and has plenty of space to do group things and have nice conversations. The location in River North is very close to just about anything in Chicago that you would like to do.”

“Vital to know how close the railroad tracks were and the noise produced by the constant train traffic. Picture on VRBO was nice and true but no sight of the side view.Poor amenities. Barely enough towels. Extremely limited toilet paper. 6 adults but dinning table for 4 was unsatisfactory Very close to many places and that was good. Beds were extremely comfortable.Due to the train noise, i would not recommend this place ”
