“We had an event at the DIA, and this was the perfect location. Nice neighborhood, free and easy parking on the street. Great communication with the host. Overall was clean, just a few little leftover things on the floor that weren’t swept up, some tape on the walls leftover from someone who had stayed previously. We really didn’t use the kitchen, just one fork but noticed some of the silverware in the drawer wasn’t clean. Queen bed was very comfortable. The metal bunk bed was comfortable but……

“Beautiful place! Great location too! We 3 middle aged women walked everywhere or took the Q line downtown. The Midtown location has a great variety of restaurants and night spots. The host is lightning quick with communication and very gracious. Other tenants in the building are friendly and welcoming too. Fantastic stay! Highly recommended!”

“The apartment has been fully renovated and modernized. Excellent lighting, new appliances, new toilet, very recently remodeled bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. All the rooms were arranged beautifully. The host was very responsive to my questions; he even named a few restaurants when I asked for recommendations.
