“This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.”

“The rooms were very big, spacious and clean. The staff was great, helpful and curtious. The hotel was getting remodeled and the construction went on (and felt like beyond the time they said).
