“Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”

“The rooms were very big, spacious and clean. The staff was great, helpful and curtious. The hotel was getting remodeled and the construction went on (and felt like beyond the time they said). The walkie talkies on the side of the elevator were noisy.Also, the surrounding area isn't the best, especially at night time.”

“We have stayed at this property for 3 nights and wished we had more time. The location was fantastic …right on the river, walkable to Las Olas Blvd. What we loved most about the apartment were the large windows and incredible views of the river and boats passing by. The apartment was very spacious and our teenagers appreciated their own beds in their own room. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool at the property was great as well and we also took advantage of the laundry……

“This place is in need of renovation. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was old and in need of paint. There was a water bubble on the bathroom wall that we were concerned would burst. We had to ask for towels and the desk service was marginal. I only gave it two stars because the sheets were clean and the pool was lovely and pristine.”

“The property was nice. My only complaint is that it only has one bathroom in the unit.”
