“Jane was an amazing host and this property was top notch. It was clean, simple and the bed and linens were hotel quality! Jane was quick to respond with any issues (we had an issue with the Brita pitcher not filling and she replaced immediately). I haven’t had that good of a nights rest in a very long time! Would definitely go back! ”

Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”

“This place was not what we expected. Such an awesome little “Oasis” in the city. Courtyard was amazing. Felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. We will definitely stay again when in the Ft. Lauderdale area. The only complaint would be no fan in the bathroom and fairly thin walls, but didn’t bother us. Parking can be somewhat tight if you have a larger vehicle. The rest of the property made up for any shortcomings. ”

“This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.”

“We have stayed at this property for 3 nights and wished we had more time. The location was fantastic …right on the river, walkable to Las Olas Blvd. What we loved most about the apartment were the large windows and incredible views of the river and boats passing by. The apartment was very spacious and our teenagers appreciated their own beds in their own room. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool at the property was great as well and we also took advantage of the laundry……
