“There are sand in bedsheets. Floor carpet is very wet by our bed. Coffee maker is not clean. No WiFi connection. One thing scares us is there are two girls knocked on our door at 2:28am asking us to open the door for them. Next day when we talk to the staff in front desk, they said they saw those girls a couple of times.”

“Had a work trip and ended up traveling with my mom and dog. Opted to stay at Frannys Florida cottage in lieu of a hotel and was a good choice. We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable and adorable! Also loved the fenced in back area with the porch swing. Creates a private little area to sit and chil outside. Will stay there again if I ever find myself in the Fort Walton Beach area again. ”

“Oh my where should I start! The property is so beautiful and is as depicted in the description/pictures online! The home was clean, warm & welcoming and well organized...the owners thought of everything! They went above beyond to accommodate myself and my family for the holidays. The home is beautifully decorated in a simplistic yet moderate fashion. The appliances are top tier and there's plenty of space to accommodate a large group. It was only 6 in my party so there was more than enough space……
