“Tropical Inn was a great stay. Location is perfect for exploring Duval Street. The cottage we stayed in had parking immediately next to the property: a huge amenity for a hotel in Old Town. Breakfast was brought to the room every day. The pool and hot tub were clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The property is old and can use some maintenance - but it is clean and comfortable. I particularly liked the bed sheets. They were high end - very crisp and comfortable. The air……

Patrick was welcoming and attentive, and the rooms spacious and comfortable, and although only a few minutes walk to Duvall, was nice and quiet. Excellent breakfast, coffee available at all hours, free happy hour with wine and snacks, a waterfall pool, hot tub, and cabana area. Absolutely perfect all around!”
