“This is an amazing property that is quite modern and comfortable. If you have issues with mobility, the three stories with the bedroom on the third floor might be an issue. The furniture and bathrooms were all great. The kitchen is very user friendly. There are instructions everywhere. The host, Will, does an excellent job communicating. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance and more options if you’re willing to drive 10-15 minutes. Beach towels and chairs are provided. There……

“Easy to get to the property. Valet parking is available which we took advantage of. Many restaurants, shops, museums, parks, venues within walking distance. It was very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights which made it difficult to sleep. But if you're here to party and stay out late, you'll have a fantastic time. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Visiting St Petersburg to go to the Dalí Museum which was in walking distance. Excellent green market where we hound great fruits, veggies, plants, jewelry and other arts and crafts. It was quiet for the most part. It was clean. Breakfast was pretty good too. Went to Localz nearby which had great food for a sports bar. Social Roost was also an excellent nearby restaurant. The pier area is great too and a short walk from hotel ”

“This was a charming hotel in an excellent spot. We had views of Tampa Bay and downtown St. Pete both to enjoy. It was a historic building, with high ceilings, art deco, picture rail moldings. The staff were friendly and helpful, even getting me a glass of ice from the neighboring restaurant when the ice maker was down. Super easy access to restaurants and a divine coffee shop 1 block away.”
