“Nicely decorated room with good maintenance. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast included is great. ”

“The front desk is not very agreesieve to solve the issue for customer. I booked the hotel via agent and the package is breakfast included. I show the confirmation later and also the member card. But the front desk only keep saying that they didn’t see that info from their record. They only asked me to solve this via my agent and not willing to help to double check in their side. This is bad experience and I won’t stay again. ”

“It’s a very convenient location, but just a little bit noisy and a bit cold in the room. But overall it’s good to stay for a night for us. ”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided……
